Founder and Executive Director of Elevate A Child Africa. I was born and raised in a small village in Machakos County, Kenya. As a young adult, I had the opportunity to pursue my studies in the United States — an experience that deeply shaped my perspective on education, opportunity, and privilege.

When I returned home, I was confronted with the harsh reality that many of my childhood friends and neighbors were still living in the same cycle of poverty faced by previous generations. It became clear to me that temporary aid was not enough. Real, lasting change would only come through education, mentorship, and empowerment.

Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Those words became the foundation of our mission.

In 2015, Elevate A Child Charitable Trust was established with a clear vision: to break the cycle of generational poverty by investing in children. Today, we provide education support, rescue and rehabilitation services, mentorship programs, and empowerment initiatives that give children the opportunity to thrive with dignity and hope.
