Established in 2018, the Elevate A Child Pen Pal Program connects students from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds to build friendships, expand global awareness, and promote peace through written communication.
Whether linking a 9th grader in Texas to a Form One student in Kenya, we create safe and meaningful global connections that inspire understanding and lifelong learning.

Our coordinator connects you with a student based on age and details.
Begin your cultural exchange journey through handwritten letters.
Exchange letters regularly and grow in understanding, patience, and connection.
Letter writing strengthens grammar, spelling, punctuation, and reading fluency in a fun and engaging way.
Unlike instant messaging, traditional letters teach students to wait, reflect, and value meaningful responses.
Students learn to express themselves clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and develop critical thinking skills.
Hearing real stories from another country broadens understanding and builds empathy.
Students practice reciprocation, empathy, mutual respect, and relationship-building.
Pen pal relationships often grow into meaningful, lasting friendships built on shared values and understanding.
The Pen Pal service is complimentary to participants.
However, we require a $40 annual club membership fee. This contribution supports writing materials and supplies for our village students in Kenya.
Your membership helps ensure that every child has access to paper, envelopes, stamps, and educational support.
